HEATH 2008 Parade Home

1095 BEDFORD COURT, MARION

Beauty IS in the details:  Phenomenal over-sized crown molding, subtle color palette, and well organized clear space. Sit, lounge, stand, or mingle – this great room gives it’s nod of approval!

Earthy and inviting would be well chosen words to describe the amenities throughout the spacious house built by Ben Heath. Beginning at the front door is an intricate wood inlay medallion surrounded with tiny one and a half inch boards. The inlay is in mocha and the rest of the maple is the color of golden, sun kissed wheat. The narrow strips of wood are quite unusual in today’s market. Again, Ben embraced detail as he and Jill Vander Linden, from Phelan’s Interiors, worked the mocha inlay design as a border, not only in the foyer, but the hallways, the great room, the kitchen and the eating area.

The Ben Heath home definitely deserves top billing on your not to be missed list.  Look for House #9 in the Gazette guide. I will  be there Saturday and Jill Vander Linden, lead designer will be in on Sunday, so stop in and say hi!
